CONDITIONS

1. General cleaning of the site before and after the drilling shall be for the client’s account.

1. Should it be found necessary to drill beyond 400 feet, we charge P750.00 per foot of additional drilling.  Materials based on market price.

1. The client shall provide all permits necessary for drilling.(IF NEEDED)

1. We do not guarantee the quantity and quality of water obtaining in the well.  We only guarantee the plumbness of the well and the development of the best possible sources of underground water.

1. This offer shall constitute the drilling contract after having been duly signed by the contractor and the client on the spaces provided on the first page of the contract.

1. Prices are subject to change if not approved within 10 days from the date hereof.

1. The client shall provide water and supply electric current for lighting and welding purposes upon the start of drilling operation.

1. Time of completion: 40 to 60 working days of smooth drilling.

1.  The CONTRACTOR’S liability arising out of defective workmanship is limited only to correction and replacement thereto.     We give one year warranty on defective workmanship under normal operating condition.

1.  Damages on the well caused by third parties shall not be counted against the CONTRACTOR and likewise damages by fortuitous events shall not be counted against the CONTRACTOR but shall be considered as risk involved in the performance of the job.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

We require payment of:

1. 30% down payment upon signing the contract.
2. 40% upon reaching 150ft.
3. 20% upon reaching 300ft.
4. Balance to be paid upon job completion
