Returns/Refunds:

                           All our products comes with 12 month warranty (parts & service).  Each and All of our products are pass our very high quality standard before it leaves the factory and turnover to warehouse.  All products will be pckaged well when it leaves the warehouse to any destination in the world.   Please take note that all out items are BrandNEW and factory sealed comes with all the needed hardware, software, power adapters and intruction manual sealed in a box or packaging.

   Should you receive a defective product/ dead on arrival (DOA), orincomplete accessories, or any problem please contact us immediately.  We check our emails regularly as respond as quickly within 24 hours.  Our Sales Representative will be more than happy to serve you. We will give you detailed intructiions on how/where to return the item.  We shall shoulder return shipping cost back to our warehouse and send you a replacement.  Shipping fees paid by the buyer are non refundable.

     If you purchased any items which appear to have a problem, please contact us. We have our customer service that will assist you if there is a problem with your unit. If we cannot resolve the issue by e-mail we will provide you detailed instructions on how to return the item back to us. We will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired or replacement item back to the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable.
