A:  You may contact us thru phone, cell, email or ym for any questions that may need some clarification. Afterwhich, you may email us the passenger names, date of departure and type of tour together with your contact details so we may check on the availability of your chosen tour. We will contact you should the tour of your choice is available and you may settle your bill here in our office or in our bank account so we could finalize the tour for you.

Q: WHAT ARE THE HOTELS PACKAGED WITH THESE RATES?

A:  Hongkong: Dorsett Far East Hotel.

     Shenzhen: Shan Shui Hotel.

     Macau:       Best Western Taipa Hotel.

     Shanghai:  Holiday Inn Express Hotel.

     Beijing:      Loong Garden Hotel.

- (these hotels have the lowest rates but good hotels. Should you wish to be booked in a different hotel in hongkong [5star, near tsim tsa tsui etc] you may choose from our partner hotels. There is an additional minimal fee for the upgrade)

Q: ARE THE PRICES INCLUSIVE OF TAXES? WHAT ABOUT AIRPORT TAXES ETC? DOES IT HAVE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES THAT WE HAVE TO PAY?

A: The rates above are already inclusive of Hongkong, China, Macau taxes, security tax, compulsory tippings and group visa in China. The rates above DOES NOT INCLUDE P1,620 Philippine Travel Tax and P750 Terminal Fee both to be paid at NAIA terminal 1. If the passenger is a foreign passport holder or if the promo airline seat alloted for the day are already full, then we go to the next available air seat class and be subjected to a minimal fee.

Q: WHAT DOES ''FINALIZE'' MEAN? MAY WE BOOK FIRST AND PAY LATER?

A: All finalized bookings are considered sold. All finalized bookings are guaranteed flights and tours. All bookings are non-refundable, non-rebookable and non-transferrable since the flights are based on promo fares.  Since our asian packages are book and buy, we cannot finalize any tour unless 50% downpayment or full payment was made by the passenger.

Q: WHERE AND HOW CAN WE PAY FOR OUR TOUR?

A: You may personally visit our office located here in Aurora Blvd (formerly Tramo) Pasay City just in front of 5star bus terminal or if you want convenience or if you are located in other parts of the Philippines, you may deposit it in the company's BDO bank account. If you are located outside the Philippines, you may pay thru our BDO dollar account or thru Western Union. We accept both peso and dollar payments and deposits.

A: Absolutely! We comply with the strictest standards of conducting business here in Pasay City.
