Applicants with existing credit card from other banks
A. Credit card (at least one year old and at least 20K credit limit)
B. Photocopy of latest credit card billing statement
C. Photocopy of the existing credit card

Applicants without existing credit card (new to bank)

Employed
A. Gross Annual Income of 180K for single and 200K for married (Monthly Income X 13)
B. Photocopy of latest ITR
C. Photocopy of valid ID (preferably company ID) with 3 specimen signature       
D. Proof of billing (for provincial applicants).

Self-employed
A. Photocopy of valid ID (front and back) with 3 specimen signature       
B. Any one of the following:
   1. Photocopy of latest ITR
   2. Photocopy of business registration papers with latest ITR and audited financial statement 
      duly received/stamped by BIR
C. Proof of billing (for provincial applicants).
