Seasonal Investor for the Last 4 months of the Year

I am looking for seasonal investor/s only for the last 4 months of the year who have spare money to invest.

Maximum investment: 50,000 = 25% in profit

Minimum investment: 10,000 = 5%   in profit

ROI simple computation:

(Gross Sales – 30%) x  (percent in profit) = ROI

The business: Personalized Chocolate

The location: In a known mall/commercial center

The store type: Stall type

The status: Already operational

The guarantee:

1. Investment Refund + Profit by January 15, 2010

The Assurance:

1. I have been in the business for three years and end year season is the best selling period
2. You will receive a monthly sales report. This is what you care for.
3. You can check the daily sales book at the store if you wish too. No problem.
4. I will reveal the business details, previous sales and will do it in black and white.

Why there’s a maximum investment: Because I can only share maximum of 25% of the profit. If I reach the maximum investment whether from 1 person or 5 persons then the offer will be close.

Up to when can you invest: Until August 28, 2009 or when the maximum investments has been reached

Why do I need investment: This is my business strategy and the investment is only for the above mention store.

Is there a risk of loss of investment: Of course no! You will just wait for the refund of your investment plus the profit.

Is the product saleable: Three years existence will tell all. I will only reveal to the right investor, some sort of protection on my part.
