RUSH: LOOKING FOR HOUSE IN MLA/QC AREA

RUSH! 

My family needs to move out of our house in less than two months. We need to find a place to stay/rent temporarily for 3-4 months while we look for a new home.

Requirements for Rental:
 3 bedrooms
 2 bathrooms
 parking for 2 cars
 accepts pets*
 within metro manila area**

* - negotiable, though I really don't want to have to give up my dogs ;_;
** - just not too far South, there are times we need to go to Valenzuela during weekdays kasi

Requirements for New Home:
 Same as above
 house and lot preferred
 easy to commute to and from location
 Price Range 2M

I know there are "Rent to own" plans but these must be the sort that we can move into already. Any and all help is needed and muchly appreciated.
