Sa next page po make sure na Philippines yung country na nakalagay and click the "Get Started" sa Personal para free yung registration.
then dadalhin ka sa information page, fill up mo lang lahat ng dapat ifill up ( Note: your Email add must be active kasi dito mo ivavalidate ang paypal account mo)then after you fill up all the necessary info's just click "I agree create my account".
then dadalhin na kayo sa page na ito THIS IS IMPORTANT kasi maraming nagtatanong pagdating dito. Regarding ito sa Credit Card, Kung wala kayong Credit Card Leave it Blank then click niyo lang yung GO TO MY ACCOUNT.
Ok Pag click mo ng Go to my Account, maa access mo na ang iyong account.
Pero may kulang ka pa.
Kelangan mo munang i-verify sa e-mail mo ang iyong account.
Para gawin ito, i-check mo ang iyong e-mail. pag Check mo sa email may makikita kang ganito
Click mo lang yung Link your Card then sa next page mapupunta ka sa confirmation page
Enter mo yung password mo.para ma verify ang email add Always remember your username and password then sa next page 
Fill up lang yung Security Question then Submit. Pwede mo ng magamit ang paypal account mo. All you need to do in the future is verify your Paypal Account using your Credit Card or Debit Card in order na ma cash out ang earnings mo online.

Paano ako kikita?
First, we need to sign up to some PTC's. I suggest sign up to at least 2-3 to start. You can sign-in for more next time depending on how much time you can spend online. The more you sign-in, the more earning you will have.
ok the reason I suggested you to sign for only 2-3 PTC's is for you to familiarize the system, then if you are already familiar in the system you are free to register in different PTC sites as many as you can!.

1. Get your own referral. There are 2 types of referral. Direct and Bought or Rented. Direct means somebody who signs up under your name whereby you became the referrer. On each PTC that you join, they have a link that contains your username. Get this link either in a form of a banner or a text and let it be known to the world(just like what I'm doing now) and encourage everybody to join under your name. Bought or rented means that you pay to get referrals. Some sites offer a lifetime referral and some on a monthly basis. Either way, you earn more.(Note: In Neobux You can only have direct referrals after 30 days of being a user and having at least 100 clicks credited so it means hindi ka pa pwedeng mag invite ng mga kakilala mo kapag wala ka pang 1 month and 100 clicks i save niyo na muna sila para pag 1 month na kayo pwede niyo na silang invite and in my case kasi kaya 1 dollar pa lang ang earnings ko is kaka 1 month ko pa lang so mag start pa lang akong mag invite ng direct ko and hindi din ako nag labas ng pera to rent kasi gusto kong i try kumita ng hindi nag lalabas ng pera. I hope clear ang explanation ko.
Note: If you have money then you can invest its all up to you but I suggest before investing make sure you know the do's and dont's of the PTC's you're joining with..
2. Your earnings on PTC's depends entirely on how much time you want to spend reading/watching ads. In my case since may work ako nag set ako ng time para mag click normally ang clicking time ko is 6pm-8pm or bago ako pumasok like 6am depende basta I'll make sure na hindi ako nag missed ng 1 day sa pag cclick, by the way it will take you 15 min or less sa pag cclick kaya madali lang siya.
