2) The body is made from HIGH QUALITY ALUMINUM and steel components for strength, durability and rigidity! NOT FLIMSY & WOBBLY POLYCARBONATE, a.k.a. PLASTIC of other monopods! Unlike plastic body frames, this monopod glides smoothly when being retracted or extended.

3) The connecting head to the camera is made from VERY DURABLE ALUMINUM and NOT TRANSPARENT PLASTIC. This is very important, since plastic heads will break when subject to continuous tightening & loosening when attaching and angling the camera.

4) MAXIMUM EXTENDED LENGTH OF 25 inches! The extra length allows you to include more friends or bigger part of the background into the picture! And its ONLY 7 INCHES when retracted to fit easily in your bag.

5) Can be connected to any standard tripod to position vertically.(tripod stand is not included).
