Reason for Selling: I can't afford PS3 games =(, this is a gift from my Tita from Hongkong. I already sold my 3 other games to my friends. Unreal Tournament is the only one left. I now prefer PC games.

4. Warranty of the item
The item will be checked , setup and run before the payment and Signing the contract. The BUYER and the GARRANTOR must be present upon delivery.

5. Penalties
If the buyer was not able to settle the amount for the deadline of the payment, i will add a Php 300 Penalty fee on the payment term.

6. Payment
Must be delivered to my address. Or can meetup on any MRT Station. Strictly, No other options.
