I also do Full Street Tune services complete with datalogging for Php 3,500 using CromePro 1.5 version, Innovate and Moates tuning equipment. 
I do not limit to one-hour sessions only and instead encourage clients to allot a full day or even two days to cover the widest tuning ranges possible and to go over all areas vital to the tune like valve clearance adjustments, ignition timing, TPS calibration, sparkplug gapping, throttle and iacv cleaning, throttle set screw adjustment, idle setting with and without a/c, air filter cleaning, etc 
All my equipment are plug-n-play/install-ready and does not require splicing into customer's harness.
