Hi mam marisol. are there still available 4000/sqm lot here. Interested buyer. But not gonna be home until April. Maybe I can visit the place very interested.

There are still lots at 4,000 per sqm but I cannot promise if on April it will still be available.

Okay mam.. Anyway just wanna check it out if its still available.. How to get there and see the lot?? Not familiar with Cavite... thanks... Is the subdivision with security and gated??

Marisol, ask ko at which phase ang mga lote na for sale mo, which street. I want to know first coz im googling the vista verde map right now before going for tripping. I want to know muna kasi whether it is near gate, kung binabahang part ng subd. By the way i have a unit also in alta homes bacoor that's why nakita ko na din ang loob ng vista verde.

Hi po marami po akong hawak na lote dun, may nasa Phase 4 at phase 5, malapit sa gate at hindi crowded and for sure hindi binabaha dahil malayo sa creek.

2 gate dun, one is along molino blvd and the other one is along mambog.

Hi Marisol, there are 3 gates.  Gate 1 (Palico Daanan), Gate 2 (Mambog), and Gate 3 (Molino Blvd.)
I prefer lots at Phase 1 and 3 only, near the gates. Preferably at the ff streets: iris, queen's row, almon, avocado, milflower, camella, rosemallow, or gladiola.
Please keep on sending me email and keep me posted of the updated lots for sale. Ayoko ng direct from sta.lucia kasi mahal na ang new price. I want those from individual owners na binebenta na ang lupa nila, kasi doon may mga nag-o-offer ng old price which ranges from 3000-3500/sqm, at yun iba negotiable pa.  Also, hindi ako cash buyer. Ipapasok ko ang makukuha ko either sa PagIBIG or bank.
