Description

Job Position: Outbound Customer Care Agent


Available Position: 5


Job Description:

  • To offer the lowest long distance and international calling rates to US, Australian and Canadian Market
  • To offer Local VOIP Service to US and Canada Market
  • To handle Inbound and Outbound Sales Call
  • To build Customer Relationship with the clients and gain referrals.
  • To provide basic support for the customer on how to use the service.


Job Requirements:

  • Above average communication skills both English and Filipino is a must
  • With Telemarketing experience is an advantage but not a preference
  • Knowledge how to do basic troubleshooting
  • Willing to work between 5am - 1pm for 5 days except Monday for US and Canada
  • With leads to call to US, Canada or Australia (relatives or friends to call) is an advantage.
  • With high tolerance in facing rejections with the customers
  • Able to speak other languages such as French, Spanish and Italian is a plus factor.
  • Friendly and Bubbly Attitude
  • Knows how to build Customer Rapport
  • Applicants must be within Kawit, Noveleta, Rosario, Bacoor, Imus, Cavite City and Tanza Area only
