 STANDARD:

1.     PHOTO COPY OF RESIDENCE CERTIFICATE OR PASSPORT.

         (duly signed by the buyer)

     2.   PHOTO COPY OF ANY LEGAL INDENTIFICATION CARD.

               (with picture and signature)

     3.   PHOTOCOPY OF MARRIAGE CONTRACT / DEATH CERTIFICATE IF WIDOW.

     4.  TWO ORIGINAL COPY OF PROOFS OF BILLING.

EXAMPLE (meralco, pldt, credit cards, bank statements and other proofs of billing must show one and the same address which must be consistent with address indicated in the reservation application, contract to sell and other related documents)

NOTE: IF BILLING IS NOT REGISTERED UNDER THE NAME OF BUYER, ATTACHED CERTIFICATION OF BILLING.

 IF SPOUSE IS A FOREIGNER:

a.   Waiver of conjugal rights (notarized)

b.   Affidavit of citizenship (notarized)

 IF BUYER IS NOT IN THE COUNTRY:

a.   Special Power of Attorney (must be notarized)

b. By laws

c. Board resolution or secretary certificate (authority of corporation to buy and assigned SIGNATORY)
