2. How long will it take for my account to be activated?Accounts are setup after confirmation of payment. For verified PayPal account payments, account setup usually just takes 10 to 45 minutes. For Credit Card payments, account setup usually takes 2 to 3 hours after our credit card payment processor has screened the payment for fraud.

5. Do you keep records of our credit card details?NO. We do not keep record of your credit card details, and will never will.
6. Are your servers secure?Yes. Our servers are secure and are continously monitored by our Abuse team.
7. How stable are your servers?FloroWorks has been serving popular websites with average unique page hits of 1000 hits a day without any problems. Our Abuse team works continously with our high profile/traffic clients to keep the stability of our servers.
8. You say 24x7 support, how come when I visited your site your Live Chat Support is offline?Our Live Chat Support is only one part of our support system. There are still other venues for contacting support and these are either through our online ticket system, or through email, and soon through a landline.
9. How much is the minimum payment?It will depend on your package. All packages are to be paid a minimum of 3 months (1 quarter), with the exception of the Baby Webby package which is to be paid yearly.
10. Im a client of webhosting company xyz, and I'm not satisfied. Will you help me transfer my website to FloroWorks?You are most welcome here in FloroWorks. And yes, we will help you migrate your website to our servers for free as a courtesy.
11. Can I test out your servers first before getting an account?We used to allow this in the past. But unfortunately the free try-out service was abused by many that it is no longer feasible for us to continue the service. We do however guarantee that you'll like it here at FloroWorks! :)
12. Why did you rejected my order?Every order that comes in are manually verified by our Billing & Abuse department. There are a number of reasons why your order is rejected. These are but not limited to:
a. Failed Credit Card fraud screening.
b. You entered a phone number that cannot be contacted.
c. You were detected as a spammer (yes we do catch you!)d. You entered false contact information on your order (We never expect President GMA to get an account from us! But if you really are Pres GMA, sorry but you can't stay on our servers!)

13. Where is your office located?We don't have a brick and mortar office. As of the 5th of September, we gave up our leased office at Gil St. in Makati as all of our engineers are working remotely.
14. Do you backup the contents of your server?Yes we do have backups of the server. We backup the contents of the server daily, weekly, and monthly.
Currently we implement 3 backup procedures. First backup is on a backup server located in the same datacenter where FloroWorks is currently housed.
The second backup is on a remote datacenter, where FloroWorks rents a server solely for the purpose of backups. The third backup is downloaded and copied to a disk locally. Though we keep backup of the servers, please be reminded that these backups are kept solely for the use of FloroWorks. If you have special requirements where you would like to have a separate backup of your account, please inform the FloroWorks Tech support team. In any case, it is still your responsibility to have a backup of your files.
15. How long have you been in this business?FloroWorks has been in existence since late 2006. We can be considered as one of the old hats in the industry :)
