Room good for 3 for rent in Boni for only 5000!

We are looking for 3 more tenants (females only please) to occupy the other room in our apartment unit. Our place is just a 5-10 minute walk from Boni MRT station, but you could take the jeepney or tryc from the station. There are various establishments around the place. There's a water station, beauty salon, laundry shop, grocery/sari sari stores, cafeterias, hospital, and a church. We have complete appliances already that we can share with you in our place. In our apartment, we have a refrigerator, TV, radio, dvd player and closets so all you need to bring with you are your bed, clothes, shoes and fan. Pictures available at http://www.flickr.com/photos/12351253@N07/sets/72157612892069906/ and here are the details of our monthly payment:

Rent:     5000   (1 room, good for 3 persons, that's 1667 per person)
Water:     100   (per person for the water consumption)
Meralco bill is equally divided to the number of tenants

Or individual charges would go like this:
P1667 + 100 (water) + electric consumption (we normally get billed bet P500-P800 only, or P100/head) = P1867/head a month

All in all, we pay almost 2000 a month per person, inclusive of rent, meralco and water bills.
