Our Institution is a health service provider. It is established and composed of fully skilled Healthcare workers who can give our guaranteed services. We provide high quality out patient services based on a thorough understanding of our clients’ needs while providing good returns competitive with other health service providers. We assure our capability and competence in delivering accurate and fast diagnostic results and we would like to offer everyone our personalized and efficient service.

COMPANY PROFILE

MY ClinicHub, or MYC, is the clinic set-up of the MPY Healthcare Center. We are located at Unit 2008-D, 1948 Taft Avenue, in Pasay City.   We are a relatively new health care provider, with new facilities that offer high quality personalized services that include x-ray, medical, dental, psychological, optometric, audiologic and pharmaceutical provision to our esteemed clients.

Established in the latter part of 2008, it was primarily built as an off-shoot of an industrial clinic that serviced several companies that included a multinational company. The general workload practiced in the previous clinic among others, included work-place health hazard identification, pregnancy screening, disease screening and information dissemination on the prevention of different diseases in the work place. Patient consultations and general medical management were the usual routine in the clinic as well as Immunization activities were also performed.

With increasing demands and the opportunity of adding capacity to service overseas applicants, MY ClinicHub was therefore established. Armed with the previous experience of dealing with industries, plus the addition of new and specifically trained personnel for the endeavor, we now aim our excellent service towards the addition of new clientele. MYC ensures the efficiency and accuracy of its services to keep up with the demands of its patients and clients.

QUALITY MEDICAL SERVICES

We guarantee the QUALITY of our medical services, because we are aware that errors pose a serious problem which could mean a lot of things to your your person or to companies including financial burden and physical inconvenience. ACCURATE MEDICAL RESULTS

Because we understand the negative impact of errors, we make sure that all medical tests are done thoroughly and accurately by our top caliber and experienced personnel.

FAST MEDICAL RESULTS

Medical results can be procured overnight for straight walk-in patients, or within Forty-Eight (48) Hours for companies and agencies, from the time of completion of the services.

There are EXCEPTIONS to this for companies and agencies because of  cases which have PENDING results due to the following reasons:

a.)   When there is need to treat the patient because of some illness;

b.)   When there is an additional work-up to be done as per the medical findings of the applicant such as Lorodotic View, EIA (Enzyme Immuno Assay), Blood Chemistries, and others.

c.)   When, based on the applicant’s medical findings, a Clearance is needed from a Specialist such as Cardiac Clearance, Surgical Clearance, Dermatological Clearance, EENT Clearance and others.

d.)   When the patient does not come back to the clinic for treatment or needed medical procedure.

NOTE:     The agency personnel in charge of the medical requirements of applicants is advised to take note of these PENDING CASES based on the Clinic’s Delivery Report in order to instruct the applicant concerned to return to us the soonest.

TAMPER-PROOF MEDICAL FORMS

For companies and agencies, we have devised a scheme to make our medical form tamper resistant against unscrupulous elements.

GUARANTEE

Walk-in clients are guaranteed for the provision of our best service and any fault found to be secondary to our service provision will immediately be corrected at cost.

For companies and agencies who finds fault in our services for some reason (i.e., the Overseas Contract Worker is repatriated) and the medical reason for this is within the bounds of the medical examinations done within the period of Three (3) Months from the time of examination and it can be proven beyond reasonable doubt that during the said medical examination, the reason was present and should have been detected, the Clinic agrees to pay the worker’s transportation fare from jobsite to Manila for agencies or repeat the test at cost for companies. This guarantee, however, does not cover diseases or conditions that would require special procedures and examinations for their detection such as, but not limited to, Bronchiectasis which needs Bronchography; Peptic Ulcer; Gall Bladder diseases which need Chole GI Series; certain Kidney problems which need IVP; and also those which are asymptomatic  at the time of examination, provided that the applicant worker does not employ deceit in the course of medical examinations such as substitution of false medical and dental history to the examining physician and other analogous deceitful acts. Pregnancy Test, Psychometric Evaluation, Cerebrovascular Accidents and Parasitism are not included in the guarantee stipulated above.
