Lead Time: depends on the quantity , but we accept rush orders, just let us know when do you need your award.

Delivery: Free delivery within Metro Manila and it's nearby provinces

Artwork Proofs: We will be sending you artwork proofs before proceeding to the production. We will never proceed with production until we have received your approval. This  eliminates the errors and  ensures that you will receive exactly what you have ordered.

Artwork charges: are free if you order your awards from us.

Engraving Charges: it is already included in our prices

Rush Orders: We can accommodate rush orders at no extra charges, please contact us immediately.

Minimum: We do not have minimum, you can order one except for medals.

Prices: Cost depends on the design and quantity, since we specialize in customize awards. If you have a limited budget, please feel free to let us know, we can still help you.

Discount: We offer quantity discount. Please contact us for further details.

Payment Terms: We accept check and cash and 50% downpayment and 50% COD. Please note that we will only start the production of your order upon receipt of downpayment and confirmation od the artwork.

Are we a direct manufacturer?: Yes, you may visit our shop from Monday to Friday, we are open from 9AM to 5PM.
