Chicken Plucker / Dressing Machine Equipment

     Our dressing machine is a company-designed product that is ideal for small- and large-scale production of dressed chicken. With its 2Hp, 60Hz motor that is mounted above (to prevent exposure from water), the product can dress up to 18 chicken for 10-15secs or less at maximum condition. The machine is made with stainless steel body which guarantees its long life operation. It is also readily equipped with rubber fingers attached to the side and bottom plate of the machine.

    Same with our dressing machine, the blood funnel/killing cone (with 10 cones) and boiler/scalder (25in. diameter x 25in. deep) are made of stainless steel materials. We also sell rubber fingers. Each product can be sold separately.

    For years, our company manufactured chicken dressing equipment for our customers all over the country, many of whom came from Metro Manila, Southern Luzon, Central Luzon, Bicol, the Visayas, Basilan in Mindanao, etc.
