Call Center Agents for local accounts

Hi!  I'm interested in applying as a CSR for your local account.  I applied last May 2009 at ventus in h.v dela costa.  I was lucky enough to receive a job offer. I did not pursue it though because it's for an outbound sales representative position.  I reapplied in Sampaloc last August but surprisingly failed the initial interview.  I really want to be part of ventus and be considered for a local account but I was told I am not qualified since clients requires college grads.

Do you currently have opening for inbound csr in one of your local account?  Can an undergrad like me fill in?

Also, as an initial feedback: even though you are applying for a CSR position (entry level), do take extra effort in preparing your resume. This says a lot about you and how you view work in general. I have seen a lot of resumes with typo errors, redundant information, wrong terminologies, and the like. When I see these errors, I decide not to call the applicant back since I require an average attention to detail.
