WHAT IS PTC?PTC stands for PAID TO CLICK. It means you'll get paid with a certain amount to click an advertisement presented to you by the PTC sites you have joined in.
HOW DOES IT WORK?The PTC company will give you available advertisements for you to click to in a day. Each PTC sites comes in different script though, however all of them don't need a special skill to work on. You can find their ads by clicking on "VIEW ADS", or "SURF", or "BROWSE", or EARNINGS AREA, it really depends on the script the company uses.
The ads are refreshed after every 24 hours. You'll be credited by your clicks made in a day. Most of these PTC companies offer 0.01c per ad, 4 ads a day and you can request a payout only when you reach 2 dollars minimum. And once you'll get referrals under your account, you'll get credits from their clicks also. Some of these sites offer you as well a chance to rent or purchase referrals who are registered without referror.
HOW WILL I GET PAID?
Once you reach the minimum payout, you can already request a cashout. They will send the money to either your PAYPAL or ALERTPAY or other PAYMENT PROCESSOR Account. Most of these companies use PAYPAL or ALERTPAY as payment processor.
As for myself, I have an account with PAYPAL only because it's the only available payment processor in my location. HOW TO START WITH?1. Register an account at www.paypal.com.
1.1 After registering, go to your profile, click on "add bank account", then
add your bank account details.
1.2 After adding your bank account, go back to the main menu of your paypal
account, and click on "link and verify your card". Here you have to link either your credit card/debit card ( if you're using a debit card, be sure you have at least 1.95 dollars balance in your card, this amount will be credited back to you once they have verified your account already, as for me it took 3 days to get it back ); After successfully linking your credit/debit card, you'll get a message from paypal asking you for 4 digits EXPU code. You can get this code either from your statement of account or ask from your bank directly (sometimes it takes a day or so to get the code, depending on your bank).
1.3 Once you get your 4 digits EXPU Code, sign back in to your paypal account and click on "verify my card", enter your 4 digits EXPU code, and once successful, you'll get the message that your card is verified already. Then, congratulations, you can use your paypal account already for your earnings and future purchases you may make later.
FOR MY FELLOW FILIPINOS:
Same steps in registering with paypal account. However, to those who don't have a credit card, or those who have credit cards but don't want to use them, you can get an EON account with UNIONBANK. Go to the nearest bank in your area and apply for EON Account. As for my experience, I applied at the Unionbank close to my place, and they told me to get my card after a week with P350.00 to pay for annual membership fee. After a week, I got my card and I enrolled my account online at www.unionbankph.com. It's very important to enroll your EON Account online, so that you can use it later on with any transactions you will make online. After successfully enrolled your EON account with www.unionbankph.com, you can use it already to "add bank account" with paypal, as well as to "link and verify my card". When you'll be asked for your 4 digits EXPU code, go to your EON Account online, and go to your email section and write a message asking your 4 digits EXPU code, your message will go directly to unionbank customer service. As personal note, I got a reply after few hours only, by then I was able to verify my card with paypal already.
NOTE: These informations I shared about registration with paypal were based on my personal procedures I went through. If you have your other way of doing it, that would be better as long as you do it properly and honestly.NOW LET'S GO TO THE MAIN RECIPE 
Again, based on my personal procedure/process, After I made an account with paypal ( that was without bank account added, linked and verified yet ), I already started joining in some sites, by using my paypal account ID yet to register with the company. Anyway, I knew I wouldn't be making transaction yet with paypal, as PTCs are not an easy and fast money making.
So, now I hope I did a good job giving information/tips on how to start with. I admit I am not really good in explaining things, but I believe I did my best. When I started working on PTC sites, I had zero knowledge of how it truly works, but I did more research and readings from forums and it wouldn't take special skill and knowledge to do it anyway.
