To all interested individuals, we suggest that you meet us personally so that we get to know you more and so that we can give you a tour of the condominium ourselves. Since we are young professionals, we prefer a condomate not more than 29 years old.

The benefits of staying in our condominium definitely exceed the price, particularly for those people who value fitness, easy access to the business hubs, and short transportation time. If, for example, you price the amenities of our condo separately, you would definitely spend more than P6,000. Internet and cable, for example, would cost you around P2,000 per month; gym around P1,500;  rent (of ordinary apartments) P3,000 – these alone would justify the price of P6,000.

On top of these obvious cost components, there are other less obvious sources of costs, which provide you an opportunity to save money and time. For instance, given that you live far from work and you need to travel for hours over a great distance, then you can save a lot in the form of reduced transportation cost. Now, transportation cost alone gives you savings, how much more your time?

It is due to these reasons why we chose to rent our condominium in Pioneer. But, as anyone would agree, a condo unit is only as “good” as your roommates. Hence, we are giving you a brief background of our hobbies so that you can make an informed decision.
