Signa Designer Residences
Be the first to own, the upcoming Philippine’s first Designers Condominium, at Signa Designer Residences, the newest upscale Makati condo at the corner of Valero and Rufino streets by Robinsons Land, and Security Bank.
Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) and Security Land, a Security Bank subsidiary, have entered into a partnership to build Signa Designer Residences, a two-tower, high-rise, 29-storey, and upscale residential condominium in Makati City.
Located at the corner of Valero and Rufino streets in the Philippines’ premier financial district, the project is RLC’s first Makati City development and Security Land’s first such foray in Metro Manila, particularly in the Philippine’s capital financial district.
Signa Designer Residences is the first Designer condo in the Philippines. RLC has tapped prominent Filipino architects and designers for the residential development, the first time it handpicked an exclusively Filipino team for a project.
The team will be led by architect Royal Pineda, furniture and space designer Antonio “Budji" Layug, and furniture designer Kenneth Cobonpue.
This is a collaboration of three young prominent designers for Robinsons Land Corp., new project, Signa Designer Residences, that showcase Filipino global talents. All three designers, Architects Budji Layug and Royal Pineda, with Kenneth Cobonpue, a renown industrial designer from Cebu, have made their marks both here and abroad for their respective design philosophies.
In partnership with Layug, Pineda’s works go beyond Manila to span the region, including projects in Asia such as The Trees, Bangkok; Grand Napalai, Phuket; The Copper, Kuala Lumpur.
Cobonpue won in 2005 Design for Asia Award of Hong Kong, Asia’s highest award, for his Lolah chair.
Prior to this, he won 12 Mugna Awards and four Katha Awards for design excellence at the annual Philippine International Furniture Exhibition, plus a Japan Good Design Award and the first prize at the Singapore International Design Competition.
He studied industrial design at the Pratt Institute in New York, and furniture marketing and production at the Export-Akademie Baden Württemberg in Germany, and apprenticed for a leather and wood workshop in Florence, Italy.
Among Cobonpue’s clients include actor Brad Pitt and Warner Brothers.
Their understanding of Filipino and foreign culture results to a modern perspective For this designer residences project, the collaboration of Layug, Pineda and Cobonpue is expected to deliver spaces that provide aesthetics and function to unit owners. Bringing nature in to the urban home is central to the design and layout of the project. While the designers shall bring with them their trademarks as seen from other local and international projects – such as Layug’s beautiful and peaceful living spaces, Pineda’s modern and tropical design, and Cobonpues’s innovative use of local organic materials for modern craft, the Signa Designer’s Residences’ design is generally inspired by the Old Makati, open, green, and surrounded by pocket
It will feature a grand 10 meter-high central type, elongated lobby with landscaped gardens with ponds making for a majectic ambience with full view of the lobby from the Valero St. as well as from Rufino st.
The project is Security Land’s first major development, Security Land owns the 2,570-square-meter property in Makati City while RLC will undertake the project’s construction.
Signa Designer Residences will have 700 units, The smallest single-bedroom unit, with an area of 33 square meters, will be for an investment at P3,499,250 with as low as P22,,995/mo. for a 32.85sqm. (unit 17-B) 1 Bedroom unit, with a Designer Luxe Series interior, (an upgraded unit is at P4,249,250.00 at a starting NO DP Promo of P27,995/mo.
A two-bedroom unit (Designer Series) with an area of 64sqm is at P6,859,000. At 5/35/60 investment option, the 5% Down Payment at P336,950 for 1 mo. after the Reservation fee of P50,000, will have a 35% installment amortized for 59 mos. at P39,977/mo. . Thus the fast appreciation of the property, now at preselling of P107, 171/sqm, you will be maximizing profitability of your hard-earned money as the current price in the vicinity is now at P120K-P140K/sqm. Plus the fact that you are in effect investing for it at a mimimal amount of P44,393/mo. at No DP promo, which you can not get in any bank or other financial institution for a minimum of 8-12% annual return (which is our mimimal price appreciation yearly) while you let the property appreciates over time. Over time, it will be a very valuable and profitable investment at the country's still the capital of financial district, to your family and your future family's next generation.
We will have a price increase this Ocotber so, it would be best to reserve your unit this month so your unit will appreciate already by 2-3% in the coming mo.
