VICIDIAL is a set of programs that are designed to interact with the Asterisk Open-Source PBX Phone system to act as a complete inbound/outbound call center suite.
We install the system from scratch so its highly customized and we made lots of tweaks and changes for better performance compared to stock vicidial. Also included in the Package are Custom Reports to suites your Call Center needs. This is not a VicidialNow nor Vicibox.
We have 2 options to suite your requirements.
1. Hosted Solution - We host the server and manage it for you. Recommended for Urgent requirements and those who wants a cost effective option when initially starting a business.
2. Premised - Server is installed in your Center.
We can setup anywhere in the Philippines. *Call Center to shoulder cost of travel, hotel and meals.
