Job Title: Home Loan Professional Sales Assistant as Customer Call Center Representative

Department: Loan Production

Report To: Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

To establish, develop and maintain client sales calls on potential Customers via outbound calls in order to develop new business and/or retain existing business.

To keep informed of trends, changes and developments in the local market.

Determine the needs, goals, and objectives of each potential client.

Responsible for the overall customer interaction and interface with all parties involved on each individual loan that is originated from application and also, but not limited to: pre-qualifying potential home buyers; potential refinance and home equity clients; taking complete and accurate applications; and requesting the client deliver necessary support documents.

Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures.

Basic Skill Sets Required: Strong English Skills including Comprehension, communication.  English Speaking with minimal accent. Persistence, and Must enjoy outbound sales.  Math Skills, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Relationship Skills, Sales skills, Social Skills and Leadership Skills. This job requires the individual to have a balanced combination of “People/Social Skills,” and at the same time be “Detail Orientated”.

Full Time Schedule: option 1 or 2 is selected at the option of management:

Schedule 1. Hours Monday, and Friday 9PM – 6AM, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11PM to 8AM. 

Schedule 2. Hours:          Mon – Friday from 12AM - 9 AM  

Part Time Schedule: option 1 or 2 is selected at the option of management:

Schedule 1. Hours Monday, and Friday 2AM – 6AM, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4AM to 8AM. 

Schedule 2. Hours:          Mon – Friday from 5AM - 9 AM 

Saturdays and Sundays may be required. But no more than 40 hours per week and 6 work days.  Schedule is disbursed on Fridays.

Although this is the schedule Cranbrook Loans reserves the right to change the schedule to include hours from Sunday through Saturday from 8P to 9A with a maximum of 2 4 hour work blocks with a 1 hour lunch in between. 

2 – 15 Minute Paid Breaks

1 – 1 Hour Non paid break.

1 - 1 hour LUNCH for Full Time

Requirements

1. High speed Internet Connection, plus a backup high speed internet connection.
2. Computer that can access internet 512k RAM, clean, no viruses, preferably a separate computer only for work.
3. Headset (USB Headset can be provided by company if necessary)
4. Must be physically fit to work straight  for hours

Full Time Compensation:

1. Starting Compensation – P16,000 PH Pesos. Night differential Included.
2. After 3 months and Completed Training – Raised by P500 PH Pesos Per Month. 
3. 9 months after last raise – Raised to P18,000 PH Pesos Per Month
4. Monthly Bonus According to schedule below. No Limit on the bonus you can earn. Estimated Bonus after experience is achieved about P2,000 per month.

PART Time Compensation:

1. Starting Compensation – P8,000 PH Pesos. Night differential Included.
2. After 3 months and Completed Training – Raised by P250 PH Pesos Per Month. 
3. After 6 months – Raised to P9000 PH Pesos Per Month
4. Monthly Bonus According to schedule below. No Limit on the bonus you can earn. Estimated Bonus after experience is achieved about P1,000 per month.
