Job Description:
The Leasing Officer will be reporting to the Head of Leasing Operations and the responsibilities include:
- Will be responsible for sales/marketing and business sourcing/development of the company's properties.- collecting documentation & preparing leasing contracts
- co-ordinating with notary public & legal dept., tax authorities and land registries regarding necessary documentation required for contracts
Candidate Profile:
Degree: Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Economics/Business or any related course
Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience in related field
Foreign language: Excellent knowledge of English
IT skills: Excellent knowledge of Windows Office Environment.
Personal Attributes:
