Room for Rent 4,000 only (water and electric bill included)

we are renting out one room in our apartment for only 4000! isang house po ito with two rooms. yung malaking room ang pinapaupahan namin. common po ang cr but you can be certain na laging clean ang cr because we maintain it that way...

9 sqm room so its pretty spacious..malamig dn pag gabi kc may window ang room so well ventilated cya...

the room is bare kaya po bring your own things...however s rental po ksma na ang water and electric bill...by electric bill we mean lights, fan and charger lang ng cp. pero if you want to bring additional things n nagconsume ng kuryente we can discuss it...additional payment na lang...

free access s tv, ref, landline... pwd dn magluto provided you bring your own super kalan...or pwd naman share n lang s gasul. we have internet connection also kso if you want to have access we suggest you have a router and pc cympre.

ang nkatira po sa house is three adults (a couple and one guy plus a baby girl 1 year and 6 months old na)..

we are one ride from the university belt..accessible ito s public transport to espanya, quiapo and bustillos...near dn ng market at 7-11. hindi dn binabaha dito tested na yan after ondoy..kht gang talampakan walang baha...

yung picture ng buong house ang nkapost including the room that we are renting out...yung room na may mattress ang pinapaupahan namin pero di po ksma mattress...yung living room common area...

we would however ask for one month advance and one month deposit...
