All the bags are in great condition. We handle every item with love and utmost care. Any or all damages are minor and were present when we purchased the bag directly from the authorized dealer. The minor wear and tear is due to the stocking and handling conditions at the store and are out of our control.

Frequently Asked Questions:
1) How much is shipping? - P100 for Luzon/Metro Manila & P200 for Visayas/Mindanao.
2) Do you have a store? - No because stores = higher cost = higher bag prices.
3) How will I see the bag? - If you live in Metro Manila, we can meet in the Ortigas/Greenhills area. If not, then I will send you as many photos as you like.
4) Do you take credit card? - Yes via Paypal and/or when we meet. I have a Metrobank card machine.
5) Are your bags real? Are they brand new? - YES YES YES YES YES! 100%. My bags are all authentic & original and Brand New. I buy them myself from the USA/Europe. If they were fake I would have more stock of each, they would be even cheaper and I would not waste my time selling a variety of brands(ie. Nine West - Hermes and everything in between). Why would I exert effort selling a Nine West when I can just sell all Hermes or Gucci? :-)
6) Do you swap? - No, I don't. I only buy from the stores themselves. I don't want to risk a giving up one of my items because I don't know the swapped item's origins.
7) I have a bag I want to sell. May I sell it through Annecy Boutique? - Yes but item MUST BE Brand New and Authentic and subject for inspection. I charge 10% consignment fee. I will list your bag as consigned to differentiate it from Annecy Boutique's own stock.
