Big Dipper is a creative publishing house with expertise in telling stories through print, video, and the web. Founded in 2003 by lawyer-journalist Voltaire Veneracion, our company is comprised of young and innovative communications professionals from top universities. Our clients include commercial, governmental, socio-civic, religious, educational, medical and international development organizations.
