The following are our room package rates:

ECONOMY COUPLE'S ROOM
2 persons - 1,500 per room/night (basic amenities only)

FAMILY/BARKADA ROOMS
3 persons - 2,300 per room/night
4 persons - 2,800 per room/night
5 persons - 3,300 per room/night
6 persons - 3,800 per room/night 


WEEKLY RATES ALSO AVAILABLE.

Additional 10% for holy week, christmas and new year season.

CHECK – OUT TIME 12:00 NOON
*50% downpayment to ensure room reservation

FILITICO is located along Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road at 151 Francisco Rd. It is located in Front of Rowena's, a popular pasalubong center and just right before Tagaytay City Market.

Me and my friends would like to thank Miss Nancy for the great time that we had staying at their place on November 13Th. The rooms are so nice and really clean. And Miss Nancy was very much accomodating, thank you for the yummy breakfast!

We really made the right choice in staying here. Ms. Nancy was very accommodating and the place was MORE than what we expected! Will definitely stay here again! Can't wait for the pool to be completed! =)

We went to this place over the weekend and was very happy. The owner (Ray) was very accommodating and gave us a great offer. They even ask you what time you want your breakfast served.

We will come back to this place soon!

Sorry it took so long.

Thank you very much for accommodating us. :) Your place was very tranquil. Perfect for those who'd like to getaway from the noise of the city.
My family and I can truly say that we loved our stay there. The price was unbelievably affordable. If mr.rey remembers, we told him that our family is already planning when to go back to your place. Filitico is just so relaxing. And it's conveniently settled right across the famous delicacies store, Rowena's. So buying Tagaytay delicacies is very much easy.

The good things about Filitico is for just much lower the P4,000 for 6 persons, you get:

- your very own little "house" with toilet and  bath (H&C shower)

- cable TV

- complimentary bfast for 6 pax

- cozy beds

- airconditioning

- indoor and outdoor kitchen

- refrigerator

- cooking utensils and gas stove and range (optional for a minimum fee)

- drinks and chips to choose from (for a minimum fee)

- PEACEFUL SURROUNDINGS

 

it was really more  than worth it. :)

Going there is fairly easy as well.

From Manila, just ride "Tagaytay" bus.

Drop off at Olivarez terminal and ride a tricycle to Filitico.

That's it. Fare is also not that expensive. Very affordable indeed!

 

All in all, Filitico's service and facilities are grade A for my family and I. Price is super affordable and you get more than what you paid for. :)

Hi Sir ! This is Arnold . Just want to share my experience and feed backs.

All in all , My wife and I really really enjoy staying with Filitico rooms.

Ambiance is great, you will feel relax staying here and feel comfortable all day and all night .

You will be accommodated by Sir Rey very kind and nice person.

Don't hesitate to choose Filitico. I am definitely sure you will enjoy your stay here.

Will recommend this high class room to my friends and relatives.

Also, will definitely stay here again and again and again.
