Keep failing Call Center Recruitment Process?

• Gusto mo ba maging call center agent?
• Wala ka bang experience sa call center pero tingin mo average o kaya mo maututnan ang English?

Requirements:

• Has completed at least two (2) years of college
• Strong English verbal communication skills, including active listening
• Computer literate and proficient in typing
• Willing to work at during night shifts and extended hours
• Customer focused and patient in handling customer concerns
• Enthusiastic, prompt, and courteous
• High tolerance for stress
• Pleasant disposition
• Excellent judgment skills
• Nursing Grads are accepted, as long as they have 6 months Call Center experience
