The ink cartridge series used by this product are:

PGI-5 ( pigment )   CLI-8 ( dye ) Cyan / Yellow / Magenta / Black

                Auto Reset Chips installed in cartridges

Pick-Up Price/s:

Pigment Ink at 200 pesos per 100ml bottle /

Dye ink at 100 pesos per 100ml bottle.

* We can arrange delivery using Air 21 or LBC or JRS or AP Cargo – kindly refer to courier section below.

Pricing Notes:

*  Cash On Delivery (COD) is NOT available since the domestic courier ( Air 21, LBC, JRS ) cannot collect product payment from buyer.

* NHBC reserves the right to modify the price/s indicated above without prior notice.  To get the latest price quote, please send an e-mail to nhbc.clients@hotmail.com.       Quoted price is valid for seven ( 7 ) calendar days.

* The above prices assumes that the buyer will install the CISS or the refillable cartridges.   

NHBC will charge a two hundred pesos ( P 200.00 ) service fee should the buyer require CISS installation of the identified CANON printers.

Prior to CISS installation, the printer must print properly using its own ink cartridges.  

 For CISS installation done at our shop, the owner of the printer must bring a CD installer containing the printer drivers and related software.

Order Processing Timeframe

For on-line purchases, we commit to endorse the item/s ordered to a domestic courier ( Air 21, LBC, JRS,... ) on the following working day after confirmation of payment.   

In turn, the domestic courier has committed to deliver shipments within 1 to 2 working days for office / home addresses within Metro Manila and major cities.  Delivery for other locations takes longer - 2 to 4 working days.    

Payment Options for  Items For Delivery By Courier:

• Deposit to Banco De Oro ( BDO ) or  Bank of Philippine Islands ( BPI )  account
• Money transfer via GCASH
• Money sent thru LBC Kuwarta Padala and MHLhullier

Product Reservation: 

NHBC can reserve an item/s ordered until the next working day ( Saturday, Sunday and holidays excluded ).   Failure to deposit or transfer payment within this period means automatic transfer of reserved item/s to open availability.

Ink loading and CISS installation instructions

• Refillable ink cartridges includes an ink loading and usage guide
• CISS includes installation instructions, solutions to CISS problems, CISS exceptions handling flowchart
• The instructions are sent to the buyer’s e-mail address.

Warranty :

• All refillable ink cartridges and Continuous Ink Supply System ( CISS ) parts are covered by a thirty (30) calendar day replacement warranty. 
• We will replace a defective chip, cartridge or CISS part due to material or workmanship defects.  The defective item must be returned to our office before the replacement is issued.  Courier charges will be paid for by buyer.

Packing, Courier and Insurance Charges 

For prepaid items, we can arrange for Air 21 or LBC or JRS to deliver your items to your Philippine address.     We do not ship items outside the Philippines.  For certain areas, we can also ship thru AP Cargo on freight collect basis.

The packing, courier and insurance charge depends on the item/s ordered and the delivery address.  The table below is only a guide.   NHBC will inform the buyer of the actual charges when the order is placed.

For delivery address outside Air 21’s usual delivery area, there will be an additional charge. To save on courier charges, the buyer may opt to pick up the item/s ordered at the nearest Air 21 outlet ( http://www.mailandmore.com.ph/locations ).

The buyer may choose to have the items delivered using LBC – the delivery charge for refillable cartridges is 150 pesos while for the CISS package is  P 250.     Note that LBC does not accept bottled ink.

** Buyer agrees to report any item damaged during shipment via e-mail to nhbc.clients@hotmail.com within three (3) calendar days from date of receipt.

Commuting Guide to NHBC

( A )  From EDSA, take a bus with “Sucat/Bicutan” signboard.  Get off at the bus stop right after the South Luzon Expressway ( SLEX ) – BICUTAN exit. Take the elevated pedestrian walkway towards SM Bicutan.

( B ) From Pasay Rotonda ( EDSA corner Taft Avenue ), opposite Liana’s Supermarket take a jeepney going to SM Bicutan.  Go down at the jeepney stop beside SM Bicutan.

( C ) From Alabang, SLEX, StarMall or South Station, take a jeepney going to Pasay Rotonda ( will pass by SM Bicutan).  Go down at the jeepney stop near SM Bicutan.

Beside SM Bicutan is a tricycle terminal.  Tell the tricycle driver that you are going to the second Mercury Drug Store at the corner of Doña Soledad Avenue ( main road ) and Russia street.  From the corner,  you can see a 2 story yellow orange building.  NHBC is on the 2nd floor – the 2nd unit from the stairs.  NHBC is about 80 meters from the corner.

Driving Guide to NHBC

( A ) From South Luzon Expressway, exit at the BICUTAN toll plaza.  Enter the Better Living Subdivision.  Drive along the main road – Doña Soledad Avenue.  Just follow the road until you see the Parañaque Doctors Hospital on your right side.  On the next corner, turn left. You will see a 2 story yellow orange building.  NHBC is on the 2nd floor – the 2nd unit from the stairs.

( B ) From Sucat Road thru Multinational Village ( diagonal from PureGold Store ). Drive towards Doña Soledad Extension via Fastrack Road.  You will see a SHELL Gasoline Station on your right.  At the corner, turn right. You will see a 2 story yellow orange building. NHBC is on the 2nd floor – the 2nd unit from the stairs.

( C ) From Sucat Road thru the access road beside Parañaque City Hall. Follow the access roads until you reach the corner of Doña Soledad Avenue and France Street.  Turn LEFT. Just follow the road until you see the Paranaque Doctors Hospital on your right side.  On the next corner, turn left. You will see a 2 story yellow orange building.  NHBC is on the 2nd floor – the 2nd unit from the stairs.  NHBC is about 80 meters from the corner.
