The Company

SINEgang Entertainment is a newly formed company that integrates all aspects of film and media production - from conceptualization, pre-production, production, and post-production. Stationed in Metro Manila Philippines, we conduct business to various companies, agencies and clients by providing them moving and related media content that best describes what they need as well as what they are looking for. Through this, we make sure that the works delivered can be recognized locally and internationally.

It all started as a collective group called SINEgang Collective when film students from the International Academy of Film and Television in Cebu, Philippines decided to form a group that would better combine their skills in the craft of filmmaking. As years went by, past members of the group went on to pursue their own paths. In 2009, a handful three decide to continue the legacy of the group and form it as a company. That is where SINEgang Entertainment was born. Founded by Daphne Chiu, Ryan Bergara, and Marvene Rom Munda, these three, guided by the principles they learned at filmschool, make sure that everything is delivered to what the client needs under the SINEgang Entertainment banner.

The name "SINEgang" comes from a play of two Filipino words, "Sine", which means "scene", and "sinigang", a popular Filipino dish known worldwide. This encapsulates what the company wants to provide to its clients, which is to create a scene of moving pictures that has a touch of our Filipino roots but presented in such a way that can garner international recognition.

As a company that provides full production services to clients, SINEgang Entertainment makes sure to oversee the whole aspect from conceptualization, pre-production, production, and post-production. This services includes narrative film, audio-visual presentations (AVPs), music videos, events coverage, commercials, viral advertisements, and other related media.

We also dream and strive to revolutionize the film and media industry of the country by bringing a unique perspective from stories, cinematography, to the small aspects of production. We are directors, writers, producers, cinematographers, production designers, sound recorders, and editors. We are storytellers. We are SINEgang Entertainment.
