Responsibilities include sustaining the smooth functioning of the finances of this established non-profit organization, using QuickBooks to implement & monitor overall fiscal controls; prepare financial reports; support the preparation of the annual operating budget; manage cash flow, AP & RP, oversee payroll for a small staff, administer employees’ benefits, provide a variety of administrative support for executive management where discretion, judgment, and accuracy are essential along with an understanding of project organization and overall policies and procedures. Candidates with the right combination of skills and experience will be considered. Preferences include someone fluent in QuickBooks and Excel with excellent verbal and written communication skills, an outgoing, positive and friendly personality with ability to work as a team member to support other organizational initiatives as needed.Salary commensurate with skills and experience; comprehensive benefits package including paid sick days, holidays, vacation, medical plan.
