Internship

We are a niched player in the recruitment and search business with paricular focus on the financial markets and investment banking across Asia Pacific. As business opportunity presents itself in the Asia Pacific region we are inviting young people, interested in a career within financial markets and investment banking recruitment and executive search.

Our research group based in Manila requires a graduate intern. As an inern you will be provided thorough training in research techiques and strategic thinking as it pertains to recruiting for the financial markets and investment banking industry. You will work with our Senior Research Associates in various projects and learn how to deliver a successful research work for the firm.

Our research group is a small and full of deciated and inquisitive individuals who have the desing to be part of a business which consistently surpass execution.

You must have an undergraduate degree qualification or in the process of completing one. Research experience is not necessary although this could be useful as a basis for yoru further professional development. Passion for consultancy and strategic research is an advantage.

In this role you will be responsible

• supporting Senior Research Associates in sourcing and appraoching suitable candidates

• generating highly effective database of potentail candidates using secondary and primary research methodology

• prepare reports and assist in any ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance or related field

• Ability to communicate in both in English and Pilipino
