Mactan Island Hotel and Resort Rooms for Rent

A newly-built Mactan Hotel and Resort is having their fully-furnished 25-square meter rooms for rent.

The following are the appliances and furnitures in each of the room:

   1.  Each Room has its own Bathroom/Toilet

   2.  A television unit with cable connection

   3.  A Refrigerator

   4.  A Cabinet and Locker

   5.  A 2-seat table

Each room has either a One Bed or two Beds, family or single, but have the same monthly room rate of P24,000 (USD 522) a month (a rate of P800 a day) for a 1-year contract.

  Another Forms of Lease

  1.  Month Lease has a rate of P30,000 ( USD 652)

  2.  Week Lease has a rate of P1,300 (USD28.50)  per day. (single,family, double)

  3.  Open Lease has a rate of P1,500 (USD 33) per day.  (single, family, double)

 Room Occupants (all types) can freely use the two swimming pools: for children and ADULT.  Beach  Resorts are only  few meters reach, namely the Maribago Bluewater Beach Club, Tambuli and Cebu beach Club,  Costabella Resort, Cebu White Sand and Mactan Imperial Water Park and Hotel in Mactan Island, Cebu.  Restaurants are just 20 to 50 meters away.
