SOME answers to FAQs so that you do not have to text us these questions. We will NOT reply to text messages that can be answered here. 

1) Meron po ba kayong starter kit? Do you have a starter kit? Sorry we do not, WALA PO --If what you are referring to are  starter kits we see posted on some Sulit sites (1/4 bars of clay, pliers and chains) which is more of a clay accessory kit, then SORRY PO WALA. But we have everything you need to get STARTED. 
2)  What are the basic things i need to get started? Clay, a roller and cutting tools like the 7-pc plastic set posted here and tissue blades or fine cutter blades are what you need to GET STARTED.
3) I'm just a beginner, what clay should i use? If you just want to practice first use Sculpey III. For the more advanced creations which you want to sell we recommend PREMO or STUDIO because the pieces turn out sturdier.
4) Does it have to be baked? YES YES YES YES YES
5) Pwede ba sa oven toaster? - As long as it has tempertature controls then you can use it. Temp control is important so you don't burn your creations.
6) What colors do you have?  Just give us your email so we can send you our list of materials and prices. Please do not ask us to text you our available colors or price list.
7) What is Bake and Bond for? As the name implies, it's to bond pcs of clay together before baking. What is Gloss for? To glaze and make your product shiny. What is TLS for? It has many uses but the main use is for transferring images like if you want to make faux Starbucks labels and making stained glass looking clay pieces like butterfly wings. What is the softener for? To soften hard clay. What is the e6000 for? It is an adhesive used to bind finished clay pieces to metal findings.
8) Do i need a pasta machine? If you are going into serious production, we suggest you do because the pasta machine makes things so much easier! Our pasta machines are all sold out, we have new ones coming in late November.
9) How do I buy from you and how do I pay? When you are ready to place an order we will give you our email account where you can send your orders to. We will reply with our payment details and other necessary info. Payment may be done through Gcash or BDO deposit or COD if you opt to pick up your items*
10) How do i get my items? We can either have them delivered via courier XEND Express or you can pick them up at our designated PICK UP POINTs in QC near Visayas Ave. Full details to pick up points and terms shall be given in our reply to your order via email.

11) *NEW policy (updated Sept 25/09) --- Previously we allowed COD as a matter of good faith. We know it is difficult to trust online sellers, so we allow you to pay COD so that you know we can be trusted. However, due to a recent incident, we no longer allow COD unless you personally call us up and give us your landline number. Our pick up point is NOT a clay store. We only take the items there for pick up. As such, a pick up is = meet up. We spend time and resources to prepare your items and get them there ASAP by car. We had an incident last week when someone with the ff contact info had us deliver items to our pick up point but was a NO show.

12) Kelan kayo magkakastocks of the sold out items? Our new stocks will arrive late November. Including 2 brands of Pasta Machines and new clay colors!!!!(oct 4, 2009--- updated photos of coming additional stocks)
13) Can you send me a price list and attach photos? Sorry but with our volume of inquiries, we can only send you a price list. All the photos are already posted and properly labeled on this site for your reference.
14) Do you offer lessons? We will beginning early next year!
