General Instructions for the 2010 Election
Implementing Rules & Regulations on the Poll Automation Law

The General Instructions (GI) on the Election Automation Law will be out before the end of October, and the success of a candidate will depend upon one’s understanding of its implementing rules and regulation (IRR). Learn everything you need to know from voting, counting, canvassing, transmission, protest mechanisms, continuity plans from COMELEC’s Commissioner Rene Sarmiento, Law Department Director Atty. Ferdinand T. Rafanan and the most senior election lawyer in the country today, Atty. Sixto S. Brillantes, Jr.

The Center for Global Best Practices is holding a one-of-a-kind MCLE-accredited seminar entitled "The Law on Election Automation: General Instructions on Voting, Canvassing, Transmission, Protest Mechanisms and Continuity Plans" scheduled on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at the Edsa Shangri-La Hotel, Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
