**What do you mean by your Single Occupancy Option?

If you wish to occupy a Quad or Twin Sharing Room all to yourself, you can request for our Single Occupancy Option when you visit us.


Can 2 people share a Solo Room ?

No. Our solo rooms are good for 1 person only.


What do you mean by Quad / Twin Sharing ?

Quad Sharing = Big fully-furnished condo room (with own CR) good for 4 Residents.

Twin Sharing = Fully-furnished condo room good for 2 Residents.


Do you accept couples?

At the moment, we don't have units for couples.


Can I stay for less than six (6) months?

Yes, it's possible, just add P 1,000.00 per month on top of our current rates.
