Home Based Telemarketer
(Anywhere in the Philippines)

Duties and Responsibilities

• To provide customers with a great experience
• Help the client understand the benefits of the product 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to follow training guidelines
• Able to work between 5am - 12pm 5-6 days a week  

• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
• Must have demonstrated success in telesales / coldcalling
• Excellent communications skills (extremely fluent in written and spoken English)
• Outstanding listening and questioning techniques
• Must have a hunger for sales
• Friendly, confident and professional
• Self-starter, has initiative, organisational skills, and ability to meet targets
• MUST HAVE A TELEMARKETING BACKGROUND ONLY 
• Applicants must be willing to work FROM HOME

• Good working condition of computer (Desktop or Laptop) 
• A fast and stable DSL connection with at least 700+kbps of Download and  512kbps of Upload speed
• A good quality headset w/ a quiet environment to work
• Windows XP or Vista only 
• SKYPE ID (No Yahoo Messenger)
• Willing to work on performance base job ($2.50 per sign up + $7.50 per active usage + Bonus for meeting the quota)
