______________________________________________________________________________Bali Mansions- South Forbes Bali Mansions
- Near Tagaytay, but closer to Metro Manila, lies a growing city that is also blessed with
a cool weather.
South Forbes Golf City in Metro Sta. Rosa boasts of fresh breezes and
a verdant foliage of trees, much like Tagaytay. This new city's elevation ranges from 200
to 250 meters above sea level, making the weather cool and affording residents magni-
ficent views of Mt. Makiling and Laguna de Bay at its highest vantage points.
- The weather, however, is not the only aspect of South Forbes that is cool. The resort-
inspired residences here are “cool” as well. Crafted by renowned Interior designers Ivy
and Cynthia Almario, the
Coralia and
Lovina model units at South Forbes Bali Mansions
make modern Asian designs appealing for discriminating homeowners.
- The two sisters have clear distinctions between the two model units. “The Coralia is
Asian-modern with Balinese touches,” says Cynthia. The graceful hand metal designs
and intricate floral woodcarvings are a testament to the Balinese design. The dining room
itself was inspired by nature, as large wooden leaves grace the glass bowls – elevating
dining to a nourishing activity for one's spirit.
- The drama extends to the bedrooms as well. The girl's room comes in an exciting fuchsia
and apple green color scheme, while the red motif of the master's bedroom will surely
ignite passion every day of the couple's life.
Cynthia. Her sister Ivy adds, “The accessories—the artworks and ceramic ware-re
more modern. It's a more contemporary line in general.”
- Another cool feature of South Forbes is the monthly amortization of as low as
P20,000. The coolest and best thing on offer, however, is the free golf membership at
the 18-hole South Forbes Golf Club designed by Asia's leading golf course designer: the
International Management Group (IMG).
- As the first and only affiliate of IMG SportsClub in the country, South Forbes members
will enjoy preferential access and discounts in 42 international-caliber golf courses worldwide.
These include the Laguna Phuket Golf Club in Thailand, the Matarangi Golf Club in New
Zealand, and the prestigious Presidio Golf Course in San Francisco.
Amenities:
- The opening of the newest gem of this 250-hectare golf resort city, the
Bali Mansions Clubhouse, was celebrated in a pompous affair.
- “Selamat Datang,” or “Welcome” in the Balinese language, greeted future residents
and interested buyers of Bali Mansions. First, homebuyers got to check out all of
Bali Mansions' model resort residences. The fully furnished Coralia, Lovina, and Nusa Dua–
which were all named after famous beach spots in Bali – gave them ideas on what it's
like to live in a resort setting everyday. All homes are complete with plush interiors, as
inspired of course by the project's namesake, and designed by no other than talented
sisters Ivy and Cynthia Almario. And just like in the island of Bali, a family pond gives
each home a relaxing effect prior to entry – an interesting preview of the resort lifestyle.
Lovina Model
- At the northern tip of the tropical paradise of Bali lies a beach that's perfect for
watching the sun set over the horizon, for snorkeling, and for diving with the amazing
creatures of the deep blue sea. This unspoiled portion of paradise is called
Lovina, where
one can relax and be mesmerized by the wonders of this heavenly place.
- The same relaxing ambiance of this Balinese beach is brought to life in the Lovina mode
unit of Bali Mansions designed by talented interior designers Ivy and Cynthia Almario. Ivy
describes Lovina as having "more modern accessories like artworks and ceramic ware, with
more contemporary lines." Meanwhile, Cynthia describes the whole Lovina mansion as having
a Zen minimalist look.
- When guests alight their vehicle, the soothing ripples of the family pond welcome them,
just as the calm waters of the Lovina Beach have received thousands of visitors over the
past decades.
The dining area's tables and chairs propose an extraordinary interplay between leather
and wengue wood. Incidentally, the dining room introduces a chic breakfast nook, where
one can have intimate morning meals, or quick bites that are easily prepared from the stylish
and luxurious MFI kitchen.
- On the second floor, three ultra comfortable rooms, each with its own bath, allow a daily relaxing respite for every family member. The girl's room features a hand-painted mural
with Southeast Asian bamboo stalks seemingly swaying to the cool winds from the Tagaytay
hills, lulling the family's princess to sleep. Her wardrobe has an Asian inspiration as well,
as these are blanketed by raffia shades. The modern Asian motif continues with the boys
room, which sports twin beds and a more neutral motif for the sheets and shades.

- Of course, the epitome of Asian luxury is reserved for the master's bedroom. A private
window, beside its matching sofa, gives the couple an unobstructed view of all the
interesting events happening down in the living room. A platform bed in a rust and beige
motif is complemented by the neutral colors of the walls. The chosen colors "give enough
drama" to this room, according to Ivy. The couple will surely love lounging around in the
extra large master's bathroom, with its spacious walk-in closet. Lovely calla lilies adorn
their sizeable his and hers lavatories, which help them look their best for the bright new
day ahead.
- Not to be missed, the third floor doesn't look like a bleary attic at all.
- Instead, this multi-functional facility can be used as a TV, family, or computer room-even
a home office! It can also be used as another guest room, since it has its own bathroom.
In totality, the Lovina is a contemporary, minimalist interpretation of the relaxing environment
that Asian designs can offer a 21st century family
Coralia Model- A home is an abode meant to relax, rejuvenate both one's senses and spirit - to make one look forward to each new day, where sunlight eases through wide open windows and is reflected as well in the calming waters of the house's pool. Nowhere does this ring more true than at the Bali Mansions. And it is reflected in the Mansions-wood-finish exteriors all the way to the contemporary Asian interiors as creatively rendered by ace designing duo Ivy and Cynthia Almario.
- "We envisioned the Bali Mansions to exude a tropical Asian look. Thus, we used a lot of beige, brown, and gray to convey the resort atmosphere in one's home, and accented these colors with white tones to provide a strong contrast to the dark, woody colors.
Nusa Dua House Model- In the tropical paradise of Bali lies an exotic place with crystal clear waters and stretches of white sandy beach. This beachfront, called Nusa Dua, is home to a dozen five-star hotels which give a new meaning to refined luxury and privileged hospitality. Heads of state all: kings, queens, presidents and prime ministers have experienced nothing but extraordinary service for an unforgettable stay.
- Guests can have a relaxing spa treatment after a day of surfing the waves or diving with the creatures of Bali's reefs. Avid golfers can tee off at the world-class Bali Golf and Country Club and try to overcome two welcome challenges to their game: the winds and the waves.
- “Nusa Dua is Asian Modern. We came up with an East meets West theme that will appeal to everybody, especially those who are well traveled. In effect, we have married the two earlier model mansions of Coralia and Lovina,” shares Cynthia.
- The living room is the first and prime example of how to carry out the East meets West theme in style.
Candidasa House Model
- Candidasa, named after another famous beach spot in Bali, Indonesia, is the fourth model mansion at Bali Mansions.
- Candidasa features spacious living and dining areas, a den, three bedrooms, and a terrace.
