HR Senior Supervisor will be responsible on the following areas:
1. Responsible on the monitoring of HRD Functions such as recruitment, selection and placement, employee training and development;
2. Handle salary, benefits, and contract administration;
3. Monitor and recommend performance evaluation/appraisals, rewards and penalty program, employee relations and implementation of special activities and employee relations program;
4. Facilitate performance appraisal administration of all personnel, including monitoring of employment status for 5th month (due for regularization);
6. Formulates guidelines and policies on the administration and implementation of Company day-to-day operation;
7. Reports directly to the Group HR Manager and General Manager;
8. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
