We are offering for rent a fully furnished condo in Mayfield park residence, this is a very quiet residence, resort type.

The condo has 2 bedrooms both with air-con, one has a queen size bed, the other one a double deck.
The bathroom has hot water. The kitchen is offering all what is neccessary (fridge, micro-wave, rice cooker, cuttleries, induction burner, pans...).
All furnitures is brand new, you will be the first renter.
Internet is available upon request.
The apartment is for 4 people.

Also the residence is offering many amenities :

The rental fees are :

Daily : 2 000 php, all charges included
Weekly : 12 000 php, all charges included

1 month contract : 25 000 php (excluding of electricity, water and association dues).
3 months contract : 23 500 Php
6 months contract : 22 000 Php
12 months contract : 21 000 Php


We ask a safety deposit of 25 000 pesos.

There is no broker fee.
