Qualifications:
*Must have effective oral and written communications skills
*Previous 1-2 years outbound experience preferably Sales
*Strong customer service orientation with ability to probe/inquire to meet customer needs
*Must have demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
*Must have demonstrated listening skills
*Must be able to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays
*Must be able to work occasional overtime as needed
