i had a very bad experience sa xmart na ito,walang kwenta mga kausap na tao,lalo na yun warehouse manager nila na lalake,me pagka bastos at hindi marunong makiharap sa tao..its about 12pm november 23,2009 ng tumawag ako for this item rotary tool kit advertisement id 1790642..then nagkasundo at nagkatawaran sa presyo na i had to pick up yun unit early in the morning...dahil sa may unang bad experience na ako sa kanila bumili ako ng jigsaw at electric drill na kung ano yun post nila price dito sa net,tumataas pagdating sa warehouse nila...(well but thats not the issue).. ang issue around 8am in the morning from eda pasay to baclaran ,naghintay ako ng almost 2 oras sa tao na kausap ko named "fe" dahil 9:45am na wala pa sia so sa pag iikot ko nagtanong ako sa mga staff doon bout sa order ko ang i had to see it na apra pagdating magkabayaran ,it was so disgusting at nakapanlulumo ng sabihn ng staff na binenta ng kahapon ng warehouse manager nila yun item na kukunin ko..ang punto ko,sana maayos sila kausap at matutong magpaliwanag.ang tagal ko nakatayo doon naghihintay at wala man lang nag eentertain tapos sasabihan p ako non warehouse manager na"makulit,na wala na tlgang stock dahil binenta na nya!"sa kadahilanan pilit kong inaantay yun FE dahil sya ang kausap ko at naka transact,in the end umuwi akong pagod at badmood then sa ace hardware nalang bumili!

Magandang hapon po sir. Our apologies po dun sa nangyari sa inyo about the miscommunication.  Siguro po, you would agree with me that sometimes things like this happen and we are not sparing ourselves from such.  Kaya nga po, if you have been through our catalog site in blogspot (na naka-specify po dun sa content ng ad sa taas) there is a very big and bold disclaimer that says "Stocks Are Available While Supply Lasts" and that "Prices Are Subject to Change Without Prior Notice."  But nonetheless, our stocks were replenished from time to time whenever available from our supplier in Australia.  Yes, they've passed quality controls and standards of Australia - thus we guarantee our customers that they're getting their money's worth.  But just the same - all has to come on a LIMITED STOCK BASIS and often times ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS only.  Although, we recognize the unfortunate thing that happened to your transaction with us, we find it baseless since facts are on unfounded accussations. 

Our company supplies quality power tools at the lowest and affordable prices to various auction houses and other appliance and mall hardware stores.  In short, we are able to attain our commitments to our valued clients big or small. 

Again we would like to apologize for this unfortunate event but in the light of FAIRNESS and as a company who deals commercially with people, we find this happening a result of an emotional disgust from a misunderstanding which does not represent whims and affirmity of the entirety of our clientele.
