| Responsibilities: * Responsible to plan, develop and implement HRD Plans and Programs in various Human Resources facet (Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation Management, Employee and Labor Relations and Organizational Development) that upholds productivity, sustainability, and development of the company’s manpower thrust. * Responsible to empower work ethics and values in building the Corporate Culture.
Requirements: * TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: * M/F not more than 40 years old. * Required: Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, and Labor Relations. * Preferred: MBA graduate/ Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or units an advantage * Preferred: with minimum of 5 years management experience in Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee relations, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, and Compensation Management * Must have proven quality management (ISO) experience. * Proficient in Computer Applications (MS Office)
