INTRODUCTION

DERLA’S ALUMINUM WORKS is in the business of providing Architectural Façade solutions, Derla’s Aluminum Works services include Architectural Design, Structural Engineering, Fabrication, Assembly and Installation of Architectural Works in compliance with (and exceeding) project specification.

Materials used in providing these solutions include the use of Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Glass and others as is necessary in the pursuit of the Architectural Design Intent.

In its history, Derla’s Aluminum Works has supplied Aluminum Curtainwall System, Aluminum Doors and Windows, Glass Shop fronts, Mirrors, Handrail System, Structural Steel Framing Systems, and a variety of Products. Our efforts have produced façade solutions that satisfy the customer.

Current estimates show this company has an annual revenue of Php 5,000,000.00 and employs a staff of approximately 50 based on Projects.

BACKGROUND

DERLA’S ALUMINUM WORKS, incorporated in 1994, began as a fabricator of steel components for Aluminum Curtainwall Systems, in support of affiliate, ALTECH FABRICATION INDUSTRIES, INC. Derla’s Aluminum products and services include; Steel Embeds and Brackets, Steel Insert Stiffeners, and other products that serve as accessories to Aluminum Curtainwall and Window System. Subsequently, Derla’s Aluminum Works, added bending works of Aluminum (Solid and/ or Composite Sheets) to its list of services.

Hereafter, Derla’s Aluminum Works began to entertain and accept requests for installation activity. Demand for services began to include design and engineering, as well as fabrication, assembly and installation. Derla’s Aluminum entered into design and build contracts with specific emphasis on complete Architectural Façade solutions.

DERLA’S ALUMINUM WORKS is in position to handle contracts with a range of up to 25.0 Million in Annual Billings. Derla’s Aluminum products include :

Railing Aluminum & Stainless Steel
Other Specialized Fabricated Aluminum Products

For the range of products, the contracted scope of services can be amended to either include (or preclude) any in the downstream activities of Architectural Design, Structural Engineering, fabrication, Assembly, and Installation.
