Job Title: Technical and Marketing Expert
Location: Pasig City
Salary: Open/Negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide general quality assurance and overall expertise in the development and implementation of all project outputs related to enterprise development, operations management and marketing
• Lead the development of training programs related to his/her expertise
• Provide inputs in the preparation of all major documents and reports particularly for those related to his/her expertise
• Responsible for/specialist in the following tasks
      -(3a) Review and improve the existing institutional and       enterprise development programs such as market information and linkaging tools (i.e. online website) and capacity building            assistance programs for the client
      -Design and package trainings on enterprise development, operations management, and marketing to address weaknesses           and needs.
      -Conduct trainings including the Trainers Training Program on        enterprise development, investments scoping, marketing and        operations management for the client
     -Facilitate the participation of the client and sub-borrowers in trade fairs, exposure trips and similar activities.
     -Monitor compliance on the marketing contracts.
     -Facilitate and participate during project assessments including tripartite committee meetings when necessary.
     -Review/assess client’s efforts in providing and sustaining technical and marketing support to farmers’ group, SMEs and LAEs
     -Recommend and formulate the necessary strategies or mechanisms including drafting of implementing guidelines for the client to sustain its enterprise, technical and marketing assistance to sub-borrowers on a long-term basis.
      -Identify and recommend strategies or areas of collaboration with other agencies or development partners as well as drafting of collaborative arrangements with these agencies.
      -Design, develop and conduct orientation workshops/conferences, skills trainings and exposure trips/overseas training of client’s officers and staff, if needed, including sub-borrowers/end-users.
      -Design and develop promotional modalities and conduct promotional activities

 Qualifications:

• University degree
• 10 years working experience agribusiness/rural finance/rural development including, but not limited to, setting up of international corporation, for rural development
• Preferably with experience in various fields of marketing aside from agricultural marketing
• Familiar with ODA-funded projects
