1 FEMALE Level2/Level3 Service Desk Analyst to work for an Australian Company
Please see below Qualifications:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support when required
Create and maintain technical documentation
Troubleshoot infrastructure related problems (Server, LAN, router, firewall, backups) when required
Experience support and configuration of servers, switches, routers, firewalls etc…
Ensure all services meet Service level requirements
Maintain security and integrity of customer infrastructure
MS Patching/WSUS experience.
Arcserve experience
Experience with Symantec backup exec
ESSENTIAL SKILLSMinimum 2 years experience in a similar system management role
2 MCP certifications
Advanced knowledge of Active Directory & design (design/configure/install)
Ability to design/configure/install Windows Active Directory
Ability to configure/install routers & switches
Expert in MS Exchange 2000/2003
Experience in multi site AD and Exchange environments
Advanced skills in networking and TCP/IP.
1 years experience creating design documentation and using VISIO
Enterprise Anti Virus solutions (Trend, NAV etc..)
Experience with remote support (RDP, VNC, Dameware etc..)
Excellent knowledge of IT security
Knowledgeable in Satellite Internet
DESIRABLE SKILLSCISCO Skills
Citrix Administration Skills
MCSE Certification
