• Filipino, of legal age but not more than 65 years old upon maturity of the loan
• OFW

• Non-Resident Foreigners

Loan Amount: Minimum of 750,000
Up to 80% appraised value (loan amount to be determined after credit evaluation) 
                               

 Loan Term: 20 years, but not to exceed 65 years of age of the Borrower/s upon loan maturity        

 
Interest Rate: based on prevailing interest rate at the time of booking of the account 


Interest rate fixing period: quarterly, 1 year. 2years, 3yearsrs and 5 years

Payment method: automatic debit from an HSBC account
