     We have two(2) units STUDIO TYPE APARTMENT available for occupancy in MAKATI CITY. The area is 30 square meters and each unit has its own kitchen, toilet and bath, laudry area, and private entrance. 
     The place is very accesible to churches like St. Andrew church in Bel-Air, wet market along JP Rizal Ave., grocery stores like SHOPWISE and PUREGOLD, food establishments like McDonald's, Jolibee, Chowking, Ministop,  7eleven, and jeepney stops/stations. It is just 5 mins away from Makati Fire station/RCBC plaza/People Support.
     It can be a single or double occupancy. Monthly rate is 6,500php. We require two (2) months deposit and one (1) month advance payment with a minimum of one (1) year contract. Each unit has its own electric meter. The water bill is shared by all the tenants in the compound.
